The Fizzers are pleased to announce the following exciting 1st team appointments with immediate effect. Paul Harkness joins the club as 1st team manager, Paul Seaman as Assistant Manager and Peter Millington –Lee as player-coach. Well known and respected locally all have played at a high level

have had previous connections with the Fizzers. All live locally and bring to the Fizzers an in depth knowledge of the local football scene from both a management, quality coaching and player perspective absolutely essential to turning the fortunes of our 1st team around and laying the foundations going forward.Celebrating this season 104 years in non-league football the Fizzers at the start of the season introduced four new teams to our existing U18 Allied Counties Youth League side

• the re-introduction of reserve side into the Aldershot and District League.

• an Elite U16 side playing in the national NERF Junior Premier League.

• an Elite U14 side playing in the Surrey Youth League

• a Vets team, of former Fizzer players, in the Farnham and District Sunday League.

All of the above teams are either topping or closely contending the top of their respective leagues and progressing well in a number of cup competitions.

Our ladies team was introduced last season in the Thames Valley Women’s League along with an U14’s side playing in the Premier North East Hants Youth League all continue to make good progress occupying mid table positions.

The club has continued to invest in its already first class facilities with a major refurbishment of its clubhouse completed, along with greater access complementing one of the best playing surfaces in the area with the excellent support of Sandhurst Town Council and their ground staff team.

All teams and developments have been fully self – funded as a result of the tremendous efforts of all our voluntary team management and experienced back office management at the same time reinforcing the clubs tradition of a strong community focus.

The club continues to develop its external relationships and partnerships in order to progress the club and provide progressive development opportunities for all our players and extending and purchasing access to external playing and training facilities for our squads.
